Lesley McGillivray was well ahead of her time when she began the journey of Mt Franklin Estate with the planting of two test rows of Italian wine grape varieties on the rich volcanic soils near the foothills of Mt Franklin in 1998. In 2000, with the support of family and friends, she expanded the plantation and her son Scott McGillivray took over wine making, production and marketing. In 2010, Scott established Reward Wines to grow his wine journey further. The McGilligrays sold Mt Franklin Estate in 2017, but today, Reward Wines is recognised as an experienced and professional international wine supplier and wine marketing group.
Our team has significant international experience distributing wines to markets such as Canada and the USA, Mainland China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.

Our winemaking team has years of experience producing wines for some of Australia’s most famous brands.
Over 20 years of experience tending vines, harvesting fruit and making premium Australian wine. New things come and go but traditional techniques still play a major part in our production philosophy.
