HARVEST

Harvest expresses the hard work and passion of those working in the wine industry. 

The grapes used in Harvest wines are specially selected from only the finest vintages and each step of our winemaking process is carefully managed. We hand pick our fruit and use natural processing to ensure our wines carry the characteristics formed by the elements; the soil, sun, wind and rain.

We take great care in every step of our wine making process, from our carefully pruned and maintained vineyards, to our use of traditional wine making techniques. We use whole bunch maceration, natural yeast, barrel-fermentation, clarification and minimal filtration to ensure the wine presents natural textures, flavours and aromas.
